“I believe in the future of agriculture,” is a quote by EM Tiffany from the FFA Creed itself; Brooke was born and raised with this mentality. Brooke grew up in the Montrose and Rifle, Colorado areas as a fifth-generation cattle rancher, farmer, and land conservationist. Along with coming from a cattle and farming background, Brooke is also a third-generation outfitter and wildlife enthusiast. Throughout high school Brooke was very involved in FFA (Future Farmers of America) and 4H, Brooke was given multiple opportunities to travel to local, state, and even to different areas around the nation sharing her love for the agricultural industry. She decided to further her education in the ag industry by going to the University of Wyoming and studying Animal Science. During her time at the University of Wyoming, she was involved in Wyoming Collegiate Cattlemen’s Association. In these organizations she was able to learn many different life skills that she still uses to this day. Brooke has worked on many different cattle operations, including multiple different feedlots in Texas and even one in Delta, Colorado. Her family raises commercial mother cows, and they also raise hay every year to sustain the animals. She has her own small herd of mother cows that grow by the year, along with her passion for agriculture and life itself. She even decided to help grow her own herd by getting AI (artificially inseminate) certified with cattle. The family outfitting business is based out of the Rifle to New Castle area where she has spent many fall days assisting her parents during hunting season. Brooke’s whole life she has been creating different businesses for herself, such as a small clothing line advertising the outfitting business to raising cattle and creating business relations with people around the world. Not only does Brooke have knowledge about livestock but she also has knowledge on the improvement and management of wildlife habitat within the state of Colorado. Work ethic, passion, and drive are constantly furthering her along in life and are assisting her to grow personally and within the agricultural real estate community. Brooke is trustworthy, reliable, and honest. She feels extremely blessed to have grown up the way she has, and is looking forward to the opportunity to help you in your next real estate transaction.
