The One-N-Done Ranch is located just 5 miles north of the quaint little town of Big Timber, MT. Just 60 miles east of Bozeman and 80 miles west of Billings. The 278 acre +/- ranch is nestled in the foothills of the Crazy Mountains to the north and the Beartooth Mountains to the south. This well-known cattle and equestrian ranch was beautifully designed by architects at Sharratt Design and completed in 2017.
The rustic yet elegant 6,600 SF +/- home hosts a master suite, surrounded in hand hewn timbers, located on the main level. On the second level, the bedrooms were designed to accommodate many family and friends. They include a bunkroom with 8 bunkbeds, a “family room” with a queen bed, a bunkbed and a window bed with a trundle. With 6 bedrooms on the second level, a total of 22 guests can be accommodated. Sitting at an elevation of 4,315’, the land features of this ranch consist of lush, fertile irrigated croplands, irrigated and sub-irrigated pasture land, wooded and riparian meadows, and open gently rolling grasslands.
The One-N-Done Ranch is blessed with exceptional water resources. It includes approximately 1 mile of Big Timber Creek as it winds through the center of the property providing roughly 2 miles of stream-bank frontage. In addition, Swamp Creek flows through the ranch for about 1/3 of a mile to its confluence with Big Timber Creek. The main pond is stocked with 300+/- Rainbow Trout.
